1375rds – 22 LR Federal BYOB 36gr. CPHP Ammo Details
Forget about opening box after box of 22 LR every time you feel like doing some of your fanciest shooting. When you want nonstop frenetic target shooting and plinking action, crack into a big bucket of Federal Premium BYOB!
If it weren’t packaged in a large plastic bucket (with an easy-pour lid and convenient carry handle, no less), this would be Federal’s usual Champion label ammo. And you will feel like a champ when you see this ammo’s 36 grain copper-plated hollow point bullets in action, let us tell you. The lighter bullet achieves a muzzle velocity that is over 150 fps faster than the speed of sound, which translates to the fast and level trajectory which simplifies shooting small targets. The bullet’s copper plating only serves to reduce fouling, but its hollow point nose cavity does something far more interesting: it initiates terminal expansion upon connecting with small game.
This ammo hails from the frosty land of Minnesota. It is loaded with responsive rimfire primers, clean-burning propellant, and pin-straight brass cases with uniform rims.
