200rds – 12 Gauge Winchester AA 2-3/4″ 1-1/8oz. 8 Shot Ammo Details
Winchester isn’t just a brand. It’s a cultural institution! For example, when Bram Stoker wrote Dracula in the 1890s, guess whose rifles he chose to arm his protagonists with? That’s right! Winchester’s!
Don’t use this AA series 12 Gauge ammo for Dracula hunting, though. Use it for shattering pottery at the trap or sporting clays range instead! One single shell tosses over 450 pieces of 8 shot at its target, and it does so with a 1,145 fps muzzle velocity that won’t rattle your skeleton.
A consistently tight pattern is the name of this shell’s game. Its AA wad is designed to collapse on ignition, thereby soaking up recoil energy that otherwise could have flattened the shot pellets. And because they’re alloyed with rigid antimony, those pellets are even better equipped to survive ignition without forfeiting their sphericity.
Do you squeeze pennies by handloading your own ammo? Then you’ll love this ammo’s brass heads, which reshape with much less effort than plated steel ones!
