HSM Ammunition 85 Grain Hollow-Point Boat Tail (HP-BT) Ammo Details
Deer season is once a year. It may last for 365 days depending on your interpretation of local hunting laws, but it’s still once a year nevertheless. Why disadvantage yourself with anything less than superlative hunting ammo while you’re setting out to orphan Bambie? There’s just no sense in it when you can order this 243 Win ammo by HSM.
This round features the GameKing HPBT bullet by Sierra. Just like the world-famous MatchKing match bullet it features a virtually perfectly concentric gilding metal jacket for heightened accuracy, as well as a ballistically efficient boat tail base. Unlike the MatchKing, the GameKing is designed for massive terminal expansion and retains over half of its weight even if it finds its target as close as 100 yards. Super impressive!
Based in Montana, HSM combines premium quality components with loading techniques that they have honed for the better part of one century. These rounds’ GameKing bullets are flatly seated in their new production brass cases, each with uniform wall thicknesses and capacities. Clean burning propellant and responsive primers deliver a steady 3,000 fps muzzle velocity!
