20rds – 380 Auto Underwood 102gr. BJHP Ammo Details
Looking for 380 ACP ammo for your everyday carry? Underwood ammo of Sparta, Illinois loads theirs so you can rely on your “mouse gun” to really deliver the goods when everything is at stake.
This cartridge’s bullet is actually made by Remington. It is the 102 grain Golden Saber, a brass jacketed hollow point. Its resilient brass jacket excels at retaining this JHP’s weight, so it holds on to the momentum it needs to pierce soft tissue very deeply. The Golden Saber is also designed to reliably expand at lower velocities, and its narrow nose profile, streamlined jacket and balanced weight all contribute to its great accuracy.
This ammo features nickel-plated brass cases. Nickel adds corrosion resistance, so you don’t have to worry as much about moisture and humidity impacting your handgun’s performance. Nickel also reduces friction that could cause complications during feeding and extraction. This ammo’s powder is specially formulated to create less illumination during ignition. If you ever have to defend yourself in the dark, you’ll appreciate that a duller muzzle flash helps to preserve your night vision.
