Underwood Ammo 150 Grain Jacketed Hollow-Point (JHP) Ammo Details
When you’re forced to unholster your handgun, you mean business. Pick a self-defense cartridge that’s engineered to back you up when your back’s up against the wall. Choose Underwood 40 S&W ammunition, loaded with Nosler’s 150 grain Sporting Bullet!
The Sporting Bullet is named that way because it’s also suitable for hunting, but it will do absolutely zero favors to a human-sized predator. It is an accurate bullet, which possesses superior in-flight stability due to its practically perfect jacket concentricity and uniformly distributed lead core. The Sporting Handgun’s jacket is also arrayed with multiple notches, which break during penetration to help the nose cavity achieve fast and wide terminal expansion.
This ammo doesn’t just feed reliably because Underwood loads to such tight specs. Its bullet also features a jacketed rim that avoids getting snagged on its way to the chamber, as well as low-friction corrosion resistant nickel-plated brass cases. This round’s non-corrosive primer sparks up Underwood’s signature reduced flash propellant. It emits less light, so a bright flash won’t shock your eyes out of night vision mode!
