25rds – 12 Gauge Federal Rob Roberts Raptor Steel 3″ 1-3/8oz. 4 Steel Shot Ammo Details
Rob Roberts Custom Gun Works didn’t just design the Raptor Series advanced wing shooting choke. With Federal Premium’s help, the Arkansas gunsmith designed the ideal ammo for use with Raptor Series RR1, RR2, and RR3 chokes, too!
A 1-3/8 ounce shot column, charged to a muzzle velocity of 1,400 fps. That doesn’t just translate to the 4-1/4 dram equivalent which cycles semi-automatics. It’s also the combination Rob Roberts and Federal determined to be ideal for the Raptor choke. The 264-pellet string holds a tight pattern as it cruises downrange at high speed. It puts plenty of deadly steel on the fowl
Federal’s premium 4 steel shot doesn’t do it all on its own. The Minnesotan company’s matched best-in-class primers and powder generate clockwork chamber pressure and MV, and their hulls stand up to hard use and handloading. Those neon green tubes sure do leave an impression on the old peepers!
