350rds – 22 LR Winchester Super Suppressed 45gr. CPRN Ammo Details
Don’t let its brand name mislead you. Winchester Super Suppressed 22 LR is indeed super for suppressed pistols, carbines and rifles – but it is also the bee’s knees and the hornet’s elbows for suppressor-less guns as well!
And if that’s not impressive enough, it’s also a safe bet for semi-autos. This cartridge doesn’t derive its subsonic muzzle velocity from a weak, piddly-poo propellant charge. It’s the work of its ponderous, 45 grain projectile, which will not break the sound barrier when standard 22 LR chamber pressure is behind it.
Lovely bullet, too. The copper plated round nose is coated in Lubalox (a proprietary name for black oxide), which looks cool and smooths out feeding and reduces fouling of the bore and muzzle device. Do you love accuracy? Then you’ll love a Lubalox CPRN!
You’ll also have warm feelings toward this ammo’s powder if you fire it at night, because it is low-flash. If a camera’s flash bulb has ever disoriented you in a dark room, then you already appreciate why that matters!
