50rds – 12 Gauge Federal Freight Train Copper 2-3/4″ 300gr Sabot Slug Ammo Details
Are you looking for lead-free sabot slug ammo? Then you’d better start oiling up your 12 Gauge rifled bore shotgun pronto, because we’ve got Federal Premium Freight Train Copper ammo in stock and we ship faster than anyone else in the biz!
Accuracy? But of course. Once its plastic sabot has finished keeping it perfectly aligned with the bore, the ballistically efficient polymer tip slug coasts across a remarkably clean and flat line. Aim to 200 yards – so long as you know what you’re doing, you can reasonably expect to group your shots within 4 inches. Wowza!
A copper slug isn’t just compliant with certain jurisdictions’ bans on lead projectiles. It is also substantially tougher than a lead alternative, and excels at resisting fragmentation after impact. The Freight Train Copper slug doubles down by delivering massive expansion, which it achieves by fanning out six large and flat blades. Lights out, Mr. Deer.
To reiterate, this is sabot slug ammo. It is not intended for smoothbore shotguns.
