HSM Ammunition 150 Grain Polymer Tipped Ammo Details
This 308 Win cartridge by HSM of Montana promises to make your hunting expedition a whole lot more comfortable. It won’t fluff the pillows in your tree stand, of course, but by reducing felt recoil by 53 percent it’s bound to keep your shoulder a whole lot happier!
HSM tapped Sierra of Missouri to create this low recoil round’s 150 grain bullet. Its orange polymer tip provides a clean, streamlined meplat for improved ballistic performance, and upon impact that tip will ram into the underlying lead core with all due force. Expect the resultant expansion to register a simply cavernous wound channel in your quarry, felling it quickly for a clean, humane kill.
HSM takes special care to ensure their Low Recoil cartridges don’t sacrifice the performance and accuracy that full recoil ammo has left you accustomed to expect. While this round’s bullet is a little heavier and a little slower than an M80 Ball, you’ll find it thoroughly up to the task of bagging bucks. HSM expertly loades their hunting cartridges with the pristine brass cases, non-corrosive Boxer primers, and clean burning propellant that seasoned hunters won’t practice their art without.
